（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣10日電）１輛載送H型鋼鐵的拖板車，今天凌晨行經國道3號北上通霄路段，突然失控，H型鋼散落路面，後方3部大貨閃避不及發生追撞，導致3人受傷送醫，全線道路封閉2個小時。

苗栗消防局凌晨3時許接獲通報，國道3號北上141公里通霄路段，發生大型車輛意外事故，隨即派遣通霄、後龍以及特搜分隊前住宿訂房往搶救，消防隊員抵達現場發現4輛滿載貨物的拖板車和大貨車追撞成一團。

拖板車上原本載送整車的H型鋼鐵，全部散落路面，由於該路段沒有路燈、加上天色昏暗，後方分別載送棉布、麵粉等3輛大貨車閃避不及，陸續追撞上，不但導致1輛大貨車車頭扭曲變形，拖板車也撞得車頭和車身分離，打橫在國道上。

救護人員發現拖板車和大貨車上總共有3人受傷，雖然一度受困車內，但經過搶救後，都只受到皮外傷，無生命危險，後方大貨車陳姓駕駛指出，意外當時看到前方拖板車上的H型鋼突然掉落，只差1公尺就撞上，真是「嚇死了」。

國道員警初步勘查事故現場，不排除拖板車載送的H型未綁牢靠，車身失去平?才會失控，詳細原因仍須進一步調查；為排除事故車輛和H型鋼鐵，國道3號北上通霄路段，也因此暫時全線封閉，交通癱瘓約2個多小時。1060110

雖然洋基休賽季傾向補強他們投手戰力，但是近日總經理Brian Cashman表示，他們同時也在尋找強力的打者，甚至考慮把過去交易到遊騎兵的Carlos Beltran，重新找回來效力。

「我們對一切的交易都保持開放的態度，我們現在正在尋找好的打者戰力，他可能是專職DH的打者，都有可能。」Cashman如此表示。

可以想見洋基在交易掉Brian McCann後，希望找尋到能夠補上他打線威力的大棒子，目前自由市場上能夠延攬的強打，包括Jose Bautista、Carlos Beltran、Yoenis Cespedes和Edwin Encarnacion等人，而據傳洋基可能會再次把Beltran找回來。

雖然在積極覓尋強打，不過洋基同時也希望同時能進行打線的換血，Cashman表示球團希望組建更年輕、更強大、更靈活的打線。這可能意味著，Brett Gardner和Chase Headley很可能會在McCann之後，成為接下來被交易的對象。
